To enhance our operational effectiveness, we have partnered with Corexcel, a provider of workplace training solutions that helps individuals and organizations improve their organizational performance. One of the primary objectives of the partnership is to strengthen Eleison’s team collaboration and efficiency by creating a personalized learning experience catering to our diverse needs.
The Corexcel team partnered with the Eleison team to conduct a series of informational workshops on the DiSC assessment, a behavioral self-assessment tool to identify workstyle preferences and help ensure the proper match between an employee and assigned responsibilities. The Corexcel team also provided the Eleison management team with resources for ongoing learning and staff development. Eleison’s collaboration with Corexcel has helped the Eleison team strengthen effective communication and positive working relationships, offering valuable insights into our staff members’ workplace behavior and preferences. This enhanced self-awareness allows the team to leverage their unique strengths and better understand their colleagues’ strengths and needs, contributing to the organization’s culture of open communication and appreciation for diversity. With a deep understanding of each person’s workplace behavior and those of their colleagues, our staff can optimize their workflows and teamwork.
