Celebrate the Joy of Giving this Giving Tuesday

In honor of this year’s Giving Tuesday, we are launching a campaign to raise funds for our mental health and crisis intervention services for survivors of human trafficking and gender-based violence. Our campaign outlines three vital avenues through which your donation can transform the lives of survivors:

  1. Mental Health Workshops: Survivors often carry the heavy burden of their experiences, leading to mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder. We organize mental health workshops to raise awareness and provide a safe space for survivors, their families, service providers, and community members to discuss topics surrounding mental health. These workshops help survivors and community members gain a deeper understanding of themselves and receive psychosocial support in an interactive and engaging environment. Your donation of $25 can cover the cost of one person to attend a workshop, giving them a chance to take steps for the betterment of their mental health.
  2. Counseling Services: Processing trauma can be an overwhelming burden, but counseling offers survivors the opportunity to process their experiences and embark on a path to recovery. Your gift of $100 can help fund a survivor’s counseling session. In these sessions, our staff collaborate with survivors to identify their needs, strengthen coping and resilience, and create personalized treatment plans to improve their overall well-being.
  3. Emergency Fund: Survivors often face urgent and unforeseen challenges during times of crisis. Your generous contribution of $250 can be the safety net they need during such trying times. With this amount, you can provide financial support to survivors, covering expenses such as transportation, legal assistance, and medical care.

We understand that the suggested donation amounts may not be feasible for everyone. We invite you to donate any amount that you feel comfortable with. Your contribution, no matter how big or small, will make a meaningful difference in supporting survivors in our care.

We believe that every survivor deserves a chance to heal and reclaim their life. By participating in our Giving Tuesday campaign, you become a crucial part of their transformative journey. With your support, survivors can receive the necessary resources and assistance to recover, rebuild, and move forward in life. Donate here today.
