Emma Weech (she/her) is an Operations Assistant at Eleison. She supports the Executive Director with strategic oversight of grant and organizational budgets, maintenance of financial records, and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E). She previously worked as a Summer Intern at Eleison where she supported the team through literature reviews, communications, and the creation of materials for Eleison’s mental health education program. Additionally, she has prior experience as a youth mentor, research assistant, and in various marketing and communication roles. She holds a dual BA in International and Public Affairs and Environmental Studies from Brown University and is an incoming law student at the University of Cambridge.
