Ryco Mirafuentes (she/her) is a Research Consultant at Eleison focusing on qualitative data collection with survivors and community stakeholders. She previously managed implementation of the Barug and Bansay programs at Eleison along with the facilitation of crisis intervention sessions. Ms. Mirafuentes is a Philippines Registered Psychometrician (RPm) with experience in outreach, community organizing, trauma-informed programming, and child development facilitation. She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of the Philippines Cebu and is currently pursuing a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Ateneo de Davao University.
